We value your satisfaction and follow the consumer-protection guidelines set by the State of Qatar to ensure a transparent and fair return process.
1. Delivery
We partner with Qatar Post (QPOST) as our logistics provider to guarantee secure and timely delivery across Qatar.
Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days from confirmation.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service at Kickersonline.qa@jrqatar.com so we can trace your shipment and assist you promptly.
2. Returns
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, Kickers.qa offers a free return service in compliance with Qatari consumer regulations.
Eligibility

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Returns requested after 15 days cannot be accepted unless the item is defective.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as socks, accessories, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return unless found defective.
3. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

Go to your customer account or contact us by email.

Select the return reason and upload a clear photo of the defect or incorrect item.

Our after-sales team will review and arrange a free pickup through QPost.
Once verified, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
4. Return Method

Returns are collected free of charge through our courier partner QPost.

Please pack the item securely and provide the return label or order number to the courier upon pickup.
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (for online payments) or in cash / bank transfer (for Cash-on-Delivery orders).

6. Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original product first and place a new order through the website once your refund is confirmed.
7. Important Notes (per Qatari law)

Consumers have the right to return goods that are defective, non-conforming, or not as described.

Refunds must be made within a reasonable time once the product is returned and inspected.

Kickers Qatar reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
