5. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.
Payment can be made via:

  • Credit/debit card (processed securely through our payment gateway partners)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) within Qatar

Your order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Qatar through our logistics partner Qatar Post (QPost).

  • Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days.

  • Free shipping is applied to orders QAR 150 and above.

  • Orders below QAR 150 incur a QAR 20 flat delivery fee.

You will receive a tracking number once your shipment is processed.
If delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team at Kickersonline.qa@jrqatar.com.

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, images, graphics, text, and design—is the property of JR Trading & Services W.L.L or its licensors.
