At Kickers Qatar, operated by JR Trading & Services W.L.L, we’re committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery across the State of Qatar through our logistics partner Qatar Post (QPost).
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all cities and areas within Qatar through QPost’s national delivery network.
International shipping is not yet available through our online store.
2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 1 – 2 working days within Doha and major cities.

Remote areas: 2 – 4 working days depending on QPost’s service schedule.

Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
You’ll receive an email or SMS with your QPost tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time at www.qatarpost.qa.
3. Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are calculated in Qatari Riyals (QAR) and include applicable VAT.
4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 3 PM are typically processed the same day.

Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once the order is handed to QPost, delivery time begins.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
After dispatch, you will receive:

A tracking number via email or SMS.

A link to QPost’s tracking portal to monitor the delivery status.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact our Customer Service team at Kickersonline.qa@jrqatar.com for assistance.
6. Failed Deliveries or Address Issues
If QPost cannot deliver your parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery attempts may result in extra fees charged by QPost.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if the parcel is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at Kickersonline.qa@jrqatar.com, attaching clear photos of the issue.
We will coordinate with QPost to resolve the case promptly.
8. Returns and Refunds
For return or exchange procedures, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
All returns are handled free of charge within Qatar through QPost pickup service.
